1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Runovio (“Runovio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit runovio.com, use the Runovio control plane, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).
Runovio is an operational platform for configuring versioned AI agents, requesting asynchronous runs, and observing structured execution traces. This policy is intended to give users a clear public reference for how we treat personal and account-related information.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may process:
- Account and identity data such as name, verified email address, and authentication identifiers provided through our identity provider (Clerk).
- Workspace and configuration data such as agent names, instructions, schemas, versions, run metadata, and operational settings you create in Runovio.
- Usage and technical data such as timestamps, request identifiers, browser or device information, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Services.
- Integration metadata when you connect supported third-party systems (for example, a GitHub App installation), limited to the identifiers and repository metadata needed for configured tools.
We do not ask users to enter provider API keys or other secret credentials into Agent Studio. Server credentials are configured by operators in the deployment environment and are not intended to be displayed in the product UI.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Services;
- Authenticate users and authorize access to the intended workspace;
- Execute agent runs and store related operational history and traces;
- Support integrations you choose to connect;
- Diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability; and
- Communicate about service updates, security notices, or account-related matters.
4. Google sign-in and Google user data
Runovio offers Google Sign-In as an optional way to authenticate. If you choose it, Google shares a limited set of basic profile information with Runovio: your name, your email address, your profile picture, and a stable Google account identifier.
Runovio uses that information only to create and authenticate your account, to display which account is signed in, and to confirm that you are authorized to access the workspace. Runovio does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service, and never receives or stores your Google password.
Runovio’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this information, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to others except as needed to operate the Services, to comply with law, or with your consent. You can disconnect Runovio at any time from your Google account permissions page.
5. AI providers and third parties
When you configure and run an agent that uses a supported model provider or integration, relevant prompt content, tool inputs, and related operational data may be transmitted to that provider solely to perform the requested run. Provider processing is subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
We also use infrastructure and authentication vendors that process information on our behalf to host, secure, and operate the Services. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We retain account, workspace, run, and trace information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain operational history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and operational need.
7. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport where appropriate, and separation of secret credentials from application configuration and traces. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. Because Runovio is currently operated as a private / invite-only workspace for authorized users, many account changes are handled directly with the workspace operator.

9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International transfers
The Services may be hosted and operated in locations different from where you are located. If information is transferred across borders, we take steps designed to provide an appropriate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
